Posting of Circular and AGM
Following on from its announcement of 6 February 2026 relating to the completion of the sale of IPM to HZPC, the Board of Donegal Investment Group plc (“Donegal”, or the “Company”) announces that a circular relating to a proposed Return of Capital has been posted to shareholders today.
Details of the proposed Return of Capital are set out in the Circular including the required resolution to be voted on by shareholders at an AGM to be held at 2.00pm on 27 March 2026 at the Colab ATU, Port Road, Letterkenny, Co Donegal, F92 PHF4.
