Purchase of Own Shares

Donegal Creameries announces that it purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at a price of €3.30 per share on 14 February 2013 to be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company will have a total of :

• 152,835 Ordinary Shares of nominal value € 0.13 eac h held as treasury shares ; and
• 10,132,450 Ordinary Shares in issue.
