Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,561 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, a non-executive director of the Company, at an average price of €5.80 per share on 19 January 2016.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 5,377 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the Company's current issued share capital.
