Purchase of Own Shares

Donegal Investment Group announces that it purchased 1,817 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €5.677 per share on 5 February 2015 to be held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company has a total of:
100,927 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each held as treasury shares; and
10,184,663 Ordinary Shares in issue.
