Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, at an average price of €5.20 per share on 1 September 2015.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 165,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.63% of the Company's current issued share capital. Ian Ireland is the Managing Director of the Company.
