Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,488 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Ian Ireland, the Managing Director of the Company, at a price of €11.51 per share on 28 November 2019.
Following this purchase of shares, Ian Ireland is the beneficial owner of 93,416 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.25% of the Company's current issued share capital.
