Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Henry McGarvey, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €8.95 per share on 1 June 2018.
Following this purchase of shares, Henry McGarvey is the beneficial owner of 9,802 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's current ordinary shares outstanding.
