Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 1,800 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Frank Browne, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €6.10 per share on 31 August 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, Frank Browne is the beneficial owner of 8,717 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's current issued share capital.
