Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 4,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by James McTaggart, a Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (‘PDMR’), at a price of €6.19 per share on 25 September 2017.
Following this purchase of shares, James McTaggart is the beneficial owner of 10,550 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's current issued share capital.
