Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,018 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Norman Witherow, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €9.00 per share on 28 May 2018.
Following this purchase of shares, Norman Witherow is the beneficial owner of 29,461 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.7% of the Company's current issued share capital.
