Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 5,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each by Geoffrey McClay, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of €8.60 per share on 29 November 2018.
Following this purchase of shares, Geoffrey McClay is the beneficial owner of 12,454 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.30% of the Company's current issued share capital.
