Donegal Investment Group announces that it has been informed of the purchase of 2,875 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price per share of €8.65 by Geoffrey Vance, the Chairman of the Company, on 29 November 2018.
Following the purchase of shares, Geoffrey Vance is the beneficial owner of 92,874 Ordinary Shares representing 2.22% of the Company's current issued share capital.
