Donegal Investment Group has been informed that Mrs. Marian Whelan has acquired 33,930 Ordinary Shares of nominal value €0.13 each at an average price of €5.80 per share. Mrs. Marian Whelan is the spouse of Mr. Richard Whelan. Mr. Richard Whelan is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Following these share purchases Mrs. Marian Whelan is the beneficial owner of 68,224 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.7% of the Company's current issued share capital.
