Transaction in Own Shares
Donegal Investment Group (“the Company”) announces that on 2nd January 2024, it made an on-market purchase of 1,000 Ordinary shares at a price of €16.50 per Ordinary share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
1,520,420 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
1,873 Ordinary shares held in treasury
1,522,293 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
